Bewinged Aerial Fitness provides instruction and training on multiple apparatuses: including, but not limited to Aerial Yoga, Silks, Lyra to Pole Fitness. We provide an assortment of grounded classes including yoga, chair, and floorcraft classes. Specialty workshops including: AcroYoga, POUND, Double Trouble, Twerk, Lollipop Lyra, Holiday and so much more!! Private Sessions
Take it up a notch! Private lessons provide one-on-one time with your favorite instructor to really hone your skills! We offer 30-60-90 Minute Sessions and Private Packages with Discounts.
